Heather Locklear admonished her boyfriend for forgetting to put on his mask on a trip to their local bank in Westlake Village on Tuesday.
Her high school sweetheart Chris Heisser jumped out of her Porsche sports car to stand in line but she quickly realized he was not wearing his protective gear.
An onlooker tells DailyMail.com, ‘He was standing with two other customers at the door because they were only letting in one at a time. Heather yelled his name and waved her own mask back and forth to remind him and he quickly reached into his pocket and put it on.’
While waiting for him, Heather, 58, spotted a panhandler holding a ‘lost job, anything will help’ sign near the bank, and walked over to give him some cash.
‘I don’t know how much she gave, but it must have been a decent amount. Shortly after she handed it to him he took off from his spot!’

After being taken to a Ventura County hospital for evaluation, she was booked into jail on three counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer. She was later released after posting bail. The domestic violence charges were later dropped.

Chris, 58, was arrested in the early morning hours of February 26, 2018, for driving under the influence in Thousand Oaks, California after leaving Heather’s home.
Just four months later in June of 2018, she was arrested for allegedly assaulting an EMT who responded to a domestic disturbance at her $5 million Westlake Village home.
A dispatcher reported that they heard a woman cursing in the background while a man was saying, ‘get the police here now!’
An officer who arrived at the scene called Locklear ‘extremely intoxicated and uncooperative.’
In August of 2019, the former Melrose Place actress plead ‘no contest’ to charges stemming from the arrests, and was sentenced to 30-days at a residential mental health facility, in lieu of spending 120 days in jail.
As part of her outpatient treatment since, she has to report her progress to the court every four months.
